Emil & Friends - Royal Oats

Finally - new material from Brooklyn's Emil & Friends. Here is Royal Oats from the Kitsuné AMERICA compilation.

And below, another remix of one of my favorites - the amazing Josephine.

Is Tropical X Moonlight Matters

Just re-discovered a piece of gold - Moonlight Matters remix of Is Tropical's tune, The Greeks. Dope piece of gold to be honest.

Summer Camp - Always

Yesterday, Summer Camp released the title track from their upcoming EP Always. It's the second track from the EP to be released thus far. Listen to Life and Always below. Always drops July 10.

Lissi Dancefloor Disaster

Today Lissi Dancefloor Disaster released their latest single, Singing My Heart Out - it came with a video (directed by Tim Erem) - enjoy!

Don't miss the remix by Svenska Björnstammen below.

And my favorite:

Blood Orange

It seems Blood Orange (Devonte Hynes) will release a video for every song on last years album, Coastal Grooves. The second one to be released is the Drive-esque video for I'm Sorry We Lied, my favorite song of the album.

RAC ft. Penguin Prison X The Magician

Here's a really neat Belgian collab. The Magician's take on RAC's André Anjos' first official single, Hollywood (featuring Penguin Prison), is quite swell. Just the kind of catchy track I was hoping for on a sunny friday.

The C90s X Flight Facilities

Jessie Ware

Jessie Ware's latest tune is a cover of Bobby Caldwell’s What You Won’t Do For Love, produced by Sampha (who also contributes with some subtle background vocals). 110% still remains my favorite tune by JW so far. Full length release date is yet to be disclosed.

Here's, Valentine, another nice collab between Ware and Sampha:

Woodkid - Run Boy Run - Iron

French creative Yoann Lemoine, better known as Woodkid, has done it again. After stunning the world last year with the jaw-dropping video for the powerful Iron, he strikes again with Run Boy Run. Watch the epic visuals below.

Here's another old favorite:

Lana Del Rey - Born To Die (Woodkid Remix)

The xx - five (!) new songs

The xx are currently touring Europe which has lead to a first listen of several new songs. No official releases yet, but these amateur recordings will do more than fine until the londoners decide to release them in full quality.

Ta-ku X Flume

Pretty sweet original tune by Ta-ku, but first and foremost - this remix by Flume is over the top.

Saint Lou Lou - Maybe You

The Tallest Man On Earth - 1904

Here's the latest track from The Tallest Man On Earth, from his upcoming album There’s No Leaving Now.

Killer Mike - R.A.P. Music

Been listening to Killer Mike's new album R.A.P. Music pretty much non stop since the release two days ago. You should too. At least listen to Southern Fried below.

Also, read Pitchfork's thoughts on the album.

I'm in love with this track. And the video is quite infatuating. Too. Previous post about MS MR here.

Passion Pit - Gossamer - Take A Walk

Passion Pit recently revealed the news of their upcoming album, Gossamer, which will be out on July 24th. Listen to the first single from the album, Take A Walk, below.

Yeasayer - Henrietta

It's been almost two years since we last heard from Yeasayer and their magnificent Odd Blood album. Finally, here is a new song from the Brooklynites. Henrietta was featured on a CD that was recently sent out to fans on the band's mailing list. Loving the latter 'Jamaican-dub-groovy'-part of the song.

XXYYXX ft. Giraffage

XXYYXX is the name of Orlando, FL's 16 (!) year old producer, Marcel Everett. The young genius works out of his bedroom creating harmonious, ambient minimalist beats and harmonies, quite reminscent of Nicolas Jaar or James Blake. XXYYXX's sophomore self-titled album is out now. Watch the new video for Even Though (ft. Giraffage) below.

Foxes

For those of you who have missed out on the magic coming from 22-year-old Louisa Rose Allen aka Foxes - listen and thank me.

'This 22-year old superstar in waiting writes leftfield pop anthems with the kind of infectious ambition that has desk-strapped A&Rs foaming at the checkbook.'

Foxes will release the Warrior EP on 4th July via Neon Gold Records.

MS MR

New York’s MS MR embark on a tour with Marina & the Diamonds through the States next month - and the future looks bright for this enigmatic pop-duo.

KO KO X Polaris At Noon

Brilliant remix by producer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Jason Suwito, who goes under the moniker Polaris At Noon.

Cheers Elephant

Welcome the sweet sounds from the Philly-based outfit, Cheers ElephantDon't be fooled by the somewhat unappealing album cover - their latest LP, Like Wind Blows Fire, is well worth a listen (or two). Catch it on Spotify.

Cheers Elephant - Leaves

Flight Facilities ft. Grovesnor

Here's a new tune accompanied by some freshly released visuals from the Australian duo Flight Facilities. This time Grovesnor (Rob Smoughton, drummer in Hot Chip)takes care of the vocals, and they are as good as ever.
