Neat sounds from Jagjaguwar's new recruitment, Foxygen. These two 22-year-olds sound like a mixture of MGMT and Broken Bells. Shuggie will be on their debut album, We Are The 21st Century Ambassadors of Peace & Magic, due for release early 2013.
